Plant me Living
And mount mine for show
Until a new beginning
I shall live to know
Life, a positive growth?
Disease free and warless
Only if we had them both
The world wouldn't be such a mess
So plant new values
In the cold rocky ground
To forbid more abuse
And spread the soil around
Problems went unsolved
Solutions were from within
But we did nothing at all
Now our gardens seem so thin
Base what plants were lost
Manipulate ones without roots
Cut them up and knot
Like a shovel to a gun you shoot
Plant me Living
And mount mine for show
Until a new beginning
I shall live to know
Life to feed mouths
But grow only the few
Will this supply run out?
Catch you in the end like morning dew
