I saw you again today
and had nothing to say
cause I've been trying to forget
everything after the day we met
things happened way too fast
too much like the past
quick to invest so much
it seemed worth it for your touch
we traded sides so many times
from crazy love to letting go
when I see you fall I run
when I come back you're done
we should have met in the middle
quit playing the game
I tried to save my heart
but it's broken just the same
thought my feelings I could spare
acting like I didn't care
but the pain it still remains
without you all these days
