I asked for a shoulder to lean on And I found you gave it to me. Everytime I had a problem It was you I came to see. Now you're fixing to leave Don't know if I'll see you again. I feel that I am losing My only true friend. I can't put my hand out to stop you Because I want you to find joy. If in him you see your future I cannot fault the boy. But I hope that I can keep you As my one and only sis. Thru everything that happens At least allow me this. Let me give you a shoulder to lean on There's no time I won't be here. Can I be the one to help you Whenever you shed your tears?

That is probably the most frequent occurance in my life, friends leaving me, or me leaving them. Usually job related causes, but I can relate to what you're feeling. Good Write!
