Always running
Through the lies
Clouds of gray
Blind our eyes
Confusion haunts us
Screams in our ears
Deafening us
Its all we hear
Blood on the walls
Drips to the floor
Our bodies, our souls
Arent ours anymore
You hear a voice
You hear a laugh
You know theres
No going back
Lost in these cold
Clouds of gray
That envelop you
Throughout your days.
Not seeing what
It is youve done
Though you can feel
The warm blood run
Swirls of mist
Clouds of gray
Flashing lightning
Relentless rain
Build a shelter
From the storm
Build a fire
To keep you warm
A spark will float
Off alone
To build a fire
Of its own
And a spark
From that flame
Will float away
To do the same
Until the misty
Clouds of gray
Will slowly melt
Reveal the day.
