when sadness falls upon us,
tears a rolling down.
not a bit of happiness,
will ever be found.
you're all alone,
no arms you can fill.
broken and lonely,
aching heart still.
sadness is a lonely time,
all the time to pout.
it's sorrow sad sorrow,
the hearts cut out.
even though there's sadness,
and there are no arms to fill.
the only thing that is left,
is a heartless broken will.
