Two wounded souls holding on to hope
Two broken hearts craving for love
Finally Destiny smiles upon them
And brings them together somehow
Trembling steps they put forward
Hesitatingly they try to smile
Masking the tears that soak the eye
They meet and chat for a while
From dawn to dusk they talk
As hours quitely pass by
Revealing everything but the fear
That has caused them to be shy
As they part towards their own separate worlds
They feel the pinch of loneliness again
Hope lifts the heart for a while
But then memory brings it back to pain
They try hard not to get hurt again
But somehow the heart takes over the mind
Sharing everything that is dear to them
They become friends of the rarest kind
They continue meeting like usual friends
Nursing love, that was bound to happen
Not being sure whats in store for them,
They leave upon Destiny to make things happen
