somtimes these wings fail me
they hang limply at my side
weakness engulfs my body
i hav no rules in which to abide
this feeling creeps over me
sinking into flesh
this feeling lingers in my soul
decaying the once fresh
at my weakset moment i look up
to u,God
and ask u 4 ur help
allow my wings to fly
and caress the shimmering stars
that dance in the sky
i know that u will help
like u hav many times b4
these golden wings will
fail me never more
