Then dont speak to me,
Your opinion doesnt matter why cant you see?
I dont and wont live my life for you,
I do what I like and I like what I do.
You smile to my face and sneer to my back,
Why cant you just drop your false stage act ,
You dont agree with things I say,
But I am honest all the way.
So if you dont like me then its tough,
Judging my life because it started a bit rough,
Its a long fall from your high horse,
Call me what you want Ive heard much worse.
You make me laugh youre a self-righteous git,
I might not be perfect and my face may not fit,
But I am proud of all that I have become,
You think that girls with blonde hair are flaky and dumb.
Because I have tattooed skin,
Doesnt mean that I have nothing within,
I like to get drunk and speak my mind,
But unlike you, I have nothing to hide.
My nose may be pierced, as are my ears,
But your words wont cause me to shed any tears,
I am here for as long as I live,
And I can take everything you can give.

Well said... some people will do anything they can to tear other people down... but, they were put up on that horse by other people, and when they decide to rip them down..... like you said, it's a long fall...

Good for you! What should matter most to each individual is what we think of ourselves. Generally people that are comfortable within their own skin find no problem with having others like them. They just exude an air of peace and humility and don't need to tear others down to make themselves feel better. This is a great write. I like these words.
