they keep killing you

it happened over and over again
and now it reminds you again
of the pain that once laid
it's self over you
and it encircled you
and it wouldn't let you through
and tried to suffocate you
until all it left was this
an automatic kiss
a smiling portrait that isn't real
and a caring family
that doesn't feel
and it's pulling you back
this regret
the feeling that you did this
when your innocence didn't do this
but they made your eyes see things
and these things left scars
on your wrists and on your arms
and your legs that bled so
and I can't do anything
my face is pressed to this glass cage
and i can't break it
though i've tried
and i'm trying now
but nothing will let me in
and everything's pressing me out
and they want you to walk alone
they're hurting you again and again
and i can't stop your pain
so they're killing me as well

You know,
I don't like to read these typee of poems 'cause they upset me to know someone could do to themselves and to know their life was fleeting but this one is different as it's very powerfull and will b healing souls long after we've checked off this pllanet.
You have taught me understanding of the maany effected by this You got out of yourself and put love out there and understanding. You show endles love -n- compassion in this write.
god bless u for this healing write as it heals ones way of thinking of the lovly souls that are going down, maybe for the last time.

| This is really sad and powerful. The part about seeing things that left scars on your wrists and legs was downright depressing...I commend you on you writing skill everything here eminates power and a distince sense of sadness. I hope thing start going you way soon. -Peace- |
