I'll hold back for love

Contributed by Living_In_My_Dream on Saturday, 12th June 2004 @ 04:14:27 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

I look in the mirror...
I hate what I see
I have all the to die for looks
but I hide behind my writing and books
I know you want to dig deep in my soul
and figure out what it is I hold
my heart is slowly shying away
I still look forward to my dying day
I tried to tell you I'd be me if youd stay
but still you turn around to me and say
you dont understand me
I dont get you
this isnt the way I want to live my life
holding back everything and living in strife
you tell me I complain
when really I only care
but killing myself
I wouldnt dare
if it makes you happy
I'll hold back
I'll say killing myself pfft...
I couldnt hack
so please just turn around and say
I fell in love with you this very day

I hope things work out:

Better to be alone than in a relationship of one sided love

I consider it a good thing when other's can compaire material to their live's or the live's of thoes they know. In other words, ecxelent!

I have a friend going through something like this. Her ex dumped her and she still loves him, and was willing to take her life to prove it too him. She's been trying with little avail to get back together with him. but he's not a very good guy for her and she deserves better. I don't know this man you speak of, but the way I see it there's only one person doing the loving, there's no point to the relationship. Not everyone can grow into love. This means you deserve better than this, and can probably get better than him too. {ower to you.
