Without you there is no me

Topic: EmotionalPoetry

Youre tearing me up inside, silently
Youre tearing me up inside
As I lay here trying not to cry
Yet the memories are so vivid, I could die
Mr Memory, save me please
Erase this memory, erase this dream
Please let me forget him so I can be
Because without him, there is no me

Im sorry that I hurt you this way
Im sorry that I hurt you
I cannot stay here anymore
Ive never felt this way before

I lay here silently, wishing I knew
If you really need me the way I need you
And still Mr Memory comes to life
And invades every inch of my tortured mind

Mr Memory, please erase
I cannot take this pain today
Please let me forget him, it hurts me so
Please let him forget why I let him go

And here I stand a broken memory
Right here in front of you
Hand to hand, confusion stands
I have no recollection, and neither do you

Mr Memory, come back to me
This memory means so much to me
I want him back, I want him back
Yet in my mind hes under attack

Mr Memory, the pain did cease
Because without him here, there is no me.
