the sun beats on
and the soft soil feels so cool
the flowers seem to be talking
their heads bopped out of the grass
bright green
like coloured in by a crayon
the sky aqua blue
the birds singing their sweet songs
over the hill
and standing
i see the world all around me
its beauty
and this is the place i want to live
to grow up
not leave ever
just stay and enjoy my time
