I feel all alone
Right here in my home
The place my heart is stone
I long for someone to talk to
Someone who understands
I cant get over the pain I feel
Why cant I heal
Whys depression all I feel
Am I sad for no reason
Or just ever season
This pain wont go away
Theres nothing left to say
No one can understand
I dont know why Im sad
Am I really that bad
My three lives have mixed together
Now what can make it better
Can you understand my pain
Why I always feel shame
I want to talk to you
Till you know whats true

Sad, lonely, poem, but I can relate. I used to feel like that all the time in my home. It's especially horrible when you are depressed and you don't know why, as you mentioned. Full of emotion. Good job.
