I’m so tired, but I am so alive
All the misery is gone
And I don’t even feel too well
But for us, I will go on.
I can’t sleep, but I don’t really care
Burning candles at both ends
I know the same thing goes for you
But we’re past the river’s bends.
It’s all forward, with no looking back
As we build our lives again
We’ve learned so much the last three years
I wouldn’t change how we've been.
It’s made us who we are today
We’ve survived and gone this far
And here we are, we’re back again
That’s how beautiful we are?
So I don’t care if I can’t eat
And I can’t even sleep
I have so many promises
Each one, I swear I’ll keep.
Forever I will hold your hand
And you won’t have those days
You have to doubt the way I feel
I’ll show you in Little Ways.
Little notes, and kisses too
True love that never strays
Because I love you very much
You’ll see these Little Ways.
