Death Awaits
You left them to die
After so much strife
You didn't kill them
With the knife
But before that
Your words of betrayal
Bled more grief
Than ever could a knife
Your words sharpen
Within your mind
Your words shed
Death like life
It's a state of mind
You don't care about life
So quickly to end it
Death awaits
You left them to die
After you murdered them
With your words
That cut like a knife
With your heartlessness
You took theirs
Death awaits again
It'll be you in the end
