I dreamed of you again last night
Pure perfection seeping through my pores
And you persuaded me
Swayed me to lie with you
Neath the stars
Blanketed by an infinite sky
You held me in breathless wonder
Melted there into my skin
And I made a memory of you
To carry into and beyond my dreams
As you kiss me soft and slow
I know the you
That I will follow
Into the real.
