Finding Peace

I close my eyes,
And divulge inside,
This is the place I need to hide,
Where I can run from my fears,
And stop sheding those tears.
And finally realize and believe,
That I too, can rest my soul and find peace,
That everybody deserves it,
Though not always earns it.
But finding it is something you must work on,
And you'll realize that the road is not so long,
That you too, can carry on to a new song.
