Tiny little lass I saw crawl out of a cab
my eyes thought they tricked me for a moment
had he hair flowing paint on her nails and toes
looked as though that eightteen wheeler
had just brought forth a beautiful rose
We ran into eachother once in awhile
when two interstates crossed our paths
Id see her out with a big ol tarp getting dirty
in the pouring rain never from her a complaint
Few Id find that would look good in dirt
streaked across her face but she is pretty
just any ol way not afraid to work
enormous big truck and a tiny little lass
Heading around and it came on down
to spending a night in a special place
we all took turns with this sexy girl
around a dance floor at a truck stop all night
we twirled.
Shes fun and brightened many nights
trucking down those lonesome highways
chattering back and forth on the cb
bringing laughter to lesson the ride
She went by several names out there
the cb owns its own but to me she was simply
the sexy trucking gal making bright pathways
where ever she roamed.
Since your not out and about anymore
its just not the same on these long lonesome
highways maybe we need to make a go around
for old times sake!
