I Could buy you roses
To show you how I care
But I’d rather just hold you
Close to me anywhere.
I Could write you poems
And send them every day
But there aren’t enough words
To say what I Could say.
I Could sing a love song
To you, under the moon
I better stick to poetry
I’d write a better tune.
I Could bring you chocolate
Something bittersweet
If I did, it would be kisses
But not the kind you eat.
I Could give you diamonds
A necklace or a ring
But you deserve much more
You’ll get my everything.
I Could fall to pieces
Like I left and fell apart
I Could try to hide away
But you still have my heart.
I Could give you heaven
In time, you’ll see it’s true
I Could wait a lifetime
I’m so in love with you.

if i were to name one quote that i liked the best in this poem then i would have to quote the whole thing. i am truely at a loss for words. And why hasnt this gotten any comments!?
this was a masterpiece. it expresses your love so well. your flow was just flawless. i simply cannot give this enough praise.
i just love this poem. so beautiful so amazing. 5 stars.
