she waits
black lace and tight leather
in the shadow of the moonlight
leaning against the wall of the high school
there's a wall
around her
you can look but don't u touch
the whole world stops to stare
as her romeo comes down
from a black cloud of smoke
hands her a dead rose
her lips form a cherry smile, but it won't reach her eyes
he knows her
as a slut with an attitude that deserves the world
she has a secret
it is deep, dark, and hidden far below
they connect
under her skin
he crawls
takes refuge in her sapphire eyes
like a praying mantis does she eat his soul
