With calm morning light come The sound of laughing squirrels, And my mug of swirling green tea. Birds glide overhead melodiously. Gazing up past the rustling maple and pine, The deep blue infinity stretches lazily, an enormous purring cat in the heavens. High on their perch, the birds Serenade the lush earth in arias, Accompanied by the humming cicadas. Enchanted, I let myself mingle and Be carried away by the sweet whispering breezes. On this morning of glory and beauty, I transcend my fellow men on earth. I am joining the Great Morning Song.

Yes! Im so happy that you've gotten back to writing and delve into the beauty of nature. This is thoughly enchantincing. With the sounds of laughing squirels, chirpping birds, the din of cicadas, all of it is so picturisque and teeming with life. An enormous purring cat in the heavens, wow thats imagination. I can feel the serenity and peacefullness of your writing, the smells and sounds of the outdoors in all their glory. This is the best poem I have ever read by you, so light and happy I love it. |
