This is to who's,
heart I tampered with and bruised.
Playing it over in my mind,
I wish I could heal the pain,
your's and mine.
Yes, I confess to you,
though hard for me to do.
Before it was an easy game,
soaking in your love
never told you I fealt the same.
Too preoccupied,
from battles I fought inside.
Your crystal blue eyes,
oh how they walked through the gateway towards mine.
I made you believe it was just you,
truth be told, I was in love with you too.
We've both moved on to something real,
Letting time steal away,
what we both used to feel.
We speak no words now, our eyes take the lead, it aches my soul, but its what we need.
I write you these lines to leave you behind,
our loves departure we can never rewind.
