It hurts me when I see you sad,
You, who's always smiling
Am I the one who caused this change?
For now your heart is crying.
Is it since, you met me?
Or was it before?
Please tell me, was it I
Who made your heart so sore?
I have no regrets,
But sometimes I am scared
That my love for you
Is selfishly impaired.
Maybe it is not
What is best for you,
But letting you go,
Is just so hard to do.
I'll give you time to think,
You need some time to heal
For if this is true love
These feelings will stay real.
