I breed hate
Hate feeds on weakness
Weakness loses all meaning
Meaning takes on hope
Hope leads to loss of faith
Faith teeters on the edge of truth
Truth is unheard of
And tomorrow should be better then today.
Today should have been better
Then yesterday and the day before
And the weeks upons weeks
Months and months
And years, that are my life
My miserable existance
Justifyably unjustifiable.
Man-made kindness
Swept up into my hand
And tossed in the trash
Where it iniatally began
And left for some poor soul
To chance upon it and get reeled in
And belittled
And humilated
By the people, you put all your trust in.
Only people in this life you can trust
Are youself and those few humane
That take their time out and hold your hand
And lift your head
And offer a shoulder to cry on.
But it leaves you with some unanswered questions
Like why, how, when
Will I ever be happy again
And will someone hold me
And console me
And love me, 'til the end of time.
Never.
There is no forever.
And thats why you have to take matters
Into your own hands-
Time to end this miserable life
Erase what you know with one bullet through the head
Smear the lies out with the blood from your wrists
Whats keeping you here anyway?

Lindsey, I am sorry you feel so bad. But in my opinion some people write best when they're upset....I'm beginning to think you are one of those people because this poem is AMAZING. Stay strong, girl and I am here if you ever want to talk. Keep up the good work!

sometimes you need to rant and sometimes you need to be angry to write amazing poetry...I really liked this whoever it was a truly remarkable RANT lol yea I liked it a lot...keep it up keep it coming...
