I once knew a man from Saint Pete, Who tapped with a hand and both feet, If you gave him some rum, He would tap a steel drum With a pure Caribbean beet

Oh, I love the way you use beet
although it's not something I like to eat
But to bang on a drum
and beat not on your thumb
well, I think that is rather unique

Wow Norm, this guy sounds really neat.
Do you know if he's married or not? I wouldn't care about the rhyme you see.....I just love beets, they are truly quite a treat!
Clever you.......there you go again.......
