Bitterness grows like a weed. It has very deep roots. It strangles kindness and love. It destroys the peaceful shade of the tree of serenity.
Forgiveness must be tended daily. Weak roots require constant love. Self-pity blocks its sun. Past regrets poison the soil, rich in the nutrient of forgetfulness.

Very intersting how you related the topic of weeds and forgiveness. Very good write. I know exactly what your trying to explain. Forgiveness can be a hard thing to accomplish. Thanks for posting this up and I look forward to reading more of your writes.
