You were just like another boy
playing me as a toy
I cried
and I tried
to move on from you
but I didn't think it could be true
that you used me
could this really be
but it's all the same
in this game
full of all these lies
with all of my cries
I watch the world go by
as I cry
thinking about you
makes me feel blue
I prayed day and night
that everything would be alright
all my thoughts are fading away
thinking of that day
I was with you
why did this have to be true
I was so happy
and never felt crappy
but when you told me
I didn't think it could be
you told me you didn't love me
why couldn't I see
I was so hurt
after that you treated me like dirt
I'm sitting here crying
slowly dying
thanks a lot
for the thought
of a broken heart
with this dart
through all of the pain
when nothing is sane
my world fell into a crumble
while you watched me as I tumble
I will never forget you
and how this is true
you used me
this could really be

i am now in tears because i have lived that too many times... unfortunitly it is so true... alot of men are dogs and emotion scares them... beautiful poem...

very emotional, thanks for sharing this with us all, I have never been used, so I can only imagine how you must feel ..... unfortunatly there are people like this which we will meet in our lives, but you and youyr new fella just concentrate on the future you have together....
