To dream of a greener place to rest my weary head
A serene scene that grants escape from all things said
Where fireflies dance on air, within the spotlights of the stars
Crickets provide a symphonic chorus, chirping their few bars
To dream of a some distant and secluded oceans shore
That hasnt been defiled by the foul touch of man before
Watching the gentle splashing of waves from the virgin sea
Distant reflections within the water, of a dream of her and me
To dream of things which I hold with such affinity
Reminds me to savor of the fruits of our divinity
For taking for granted every or anything we are seeing
Denies us of the very things that make us human beings
