A sigh within your movements,heavyhearted and in pain
Catching teardrops on your lips falling just like rain
In the stillness that surrounds you,feeling so alone
You look around and realise,you're a stranger in your home
Within you ache all over,yet somehow you're also numb
You're searching for the answers to questions yet to come
Slow down and take a breath,step back a pace or two
Rest for now dear soul,in morning light you'll see anew
While you find your sleep,as you drift the restless sea
Look for the distant shore and there you will find me
I'm never far away,tonight I'm watching through my prayers,
Though I can't hold you my dear sister,in spirit I am there
Fall not into the darkness,fade the shadows with your light
Shine as the star you've always been,bid the blues goodnight
For a change is on the coming tide,and soon your heart will heal
You're stronger than you realise,and more precious than you feel
As you find your sleep,while you drift the restless sea

Oh, this is so beautiful, but still really sad. I have a friend that is going through a lot right now too, so is it ok if I send this to her? You have written something truly special for your friend, and I know that whenever she reads it she will love it. Awesone write, my friend! Astounding!
