I thought I'd been here once before,
couldn't think exactly when
must have been another door,
another life, another then.
You think you know a place you've seen,
somewhere in your distant past
in this life you've never been,
so it must have been the last.
A soldier in the Pharaoh's guard?
a minstrel, or an ancient bard?
lives gone past blend with the now,
you dont know why, you dont know how
but somewhere in the plan of things,
eternal memories planted deep
subconciously are in your keep.
Was then real, or is real now?
a thought to ponder as you sit,
a vision, an implanted vow?
is now then, or is then now?
I think I've been here before!
