A tiny little girl Deminishing frame Raised up in purity Never to kill or to maim
Not much for weapons Only the sword Her fencing lessons Which she truly adored
But not by her side Her chosen best friend A gun there resides Until the dear end
She'd weep for the others Behind death's closed door But there's a battle to fight To help win the war
Her hair pulled up tight And her heart curtained shut She marches with soldiers No fear in her strut

I loved the flow of your words. It was a joy to read. I like this style of poetry.
