Drivin to the hospital with tears in my eyes,
so worried to know where my future lies
24 weeks pregnant not even prepared,
I wanted to stay strong but I was to scared
2 centimeters dliated you were soon on your way ,
the doctors gave me medicine to keep you in another day
They succeded you held on for 20 days you let mommy rest,
by then I knew that the two of us togther well we tried our best
Early Easter morning you arrived,
at 2lbs 1oz your little heart survived
Your head was black and blue from being so small,
you have mommys strength you wouldnt let yourself fall
69 days you stayed in the hospital to get well,
because of Gods love we have a beautiful story to tell
Through transfusions,shoots and round the clock care,
you made it through I hope you knew we were always there
At first you could fit in the palm of my hand,
and now those once small legs are starting to stand
A miracle that once was so small grew so fast,
A miracle thats full of love with such a rough past

Justice,I can rally relate,My friends baby was 2lbs2oz when it was born now hes 14 & hes taller than me!!! Good write & God bless her!
