born I cry
cry to go back
to where?
to death
we all wish when we are born
the one wish guaranteed to us
do you now know that of which I speak?
I live through life with envy
a sin damning me
'so I'm told'
I'm damned
now I see only you
you are damning me
you are dead
I deny you
I am old
I deny life
I oppose
I accept
I react only to achieve death
now I am nothing

Death is a friend in time.
