never before
have I seen you
the way I have tonight
never alone with you
have I felt the way
which I do now
never so near
the end of life
with the eyes of hatred
to look upon myself
I do not deny
the fear I loathe the way
I see myself
this day has changed
I'm here but I've gone away
I cannot stand to be
the one to look upon you
this broken mirror reflects
me better than ever
my soul has gone to pieces
