Talking to you brings a smile across my face
Lasting for hours
Laughing for years
Holding your hand
Touching your skin
Kissing your lips
An emotion that I dont understand
One that Ive never felt with anyone else
I almost want to cry
You said its happiness
I think your right
The other emotion is not known at all
I kiss you with passion
Something you understand
Something that Im still figuring out
Its so hard to describe to you what I feel
Ive never felt this way before
Im so open with you about everything
I love everything about you
But this feeling that I get when Im around you
When I touch you
When I talk to you
And even when I think about you
Is just way to foreign to me
Ive explained it to you
Weve talked about it
You said its love
But Im too scared
The word love is so meaningful
It scares me to the point that I could just melt away
I cant deal with it but I have too
So I think I do
I do love you

| beautiful write! Its hard to tell someone you look them. I can relate to this very much, but sadly I never told him I loved him til it was too late. I know he loves me too, he is just afraid to admit to it. Thats why we broke up i think, he was pushing me away to keep both of us from hurt if something went wrong. Because he's a marine and is going back overseas and he doesnt know what could happen and doesnt want to see me in pain either. So I can completely understand the things youre going thru! Im glad you are so happy! I hope you tell them those wonderful words! Keep up the writing. Check out my writing sometime! |
