a tear

Contributed by Socke on Wednesday, 7th July 2004 @ 02:38:46 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

a tear so clear,so pure, so deep
run over my face

what do i feel?
what do i need?

I'm confused, I'm weak, I'm lost in space
hope the whole time to find my place

a tear so honest, so strong, so weak
take away my mind

what does it say?
what does it create?

I'm sad, I'm broken, I'm more than just blind
hope in my soul, peace to find

a tear so innocent, so soft, so magic
gives me wings to fly away

who will i find?
who will make me free?

I'm quiet, I'm open, I'm like a newborn today
UR love makes me strong, one last tear of happiness to pay

beautiful poem! Tears of pain and heartbreak are the worst. Tears are far from a stranger with me. Very well written, keep up the good work! Check out my writing sometime!
