My mind is muddled,
Sorting a river of words,
Jokes remarks disapproval.
My foundation is of confusion,
From your eyes to mine.
Concealed in a seclusion
The terms I wish you'd define.
You used to fight for attention,
but now its me for yours,
I sense more tension,
Responses turn into wars.
This rhyme isn't for surprise,
But for you to recognize,
The lack of words,
You choose to disguise.
I love you's are not what I plea
But professions of love,
Is what I want and all I need.
