Its a night like this
when my worst
brings out the best
in only you bright eyes
(so I wont sleep)
Another midnight spent
sifting through nightmares
and photographs of you
Just keeping routine
(so I wont sleep)
My cure and my remedy
escaping me during the night
Abandoned and broken
down. What's come over me
I will never know
When my strength recovers
refuge under someone elses
covers will not save you sweetheart
Plans for revenge bleed
through notebooks in your name
