Fell Down The Stairs.
She wore her ribs like a vest.
Bones hanging out of the pockets,
and her open sores are button holes,
Daddy does it best.
Ambition is such a four letter word,
When you been down that long
and getting up never crossed your mind.
So funny it's quite absurd.
Bruises shine with storm cloud grey,
His hands rain down to make her stay
Within his grip, she waits all day,
No wonder Mommy ran away.
