selfstruggles
|
Deepest desire lies devastatingly near Yet far too distant to taste from here Fingers are spread on my trembling hand Straining to steal the core of my land
Excruciating cynicism chains me to ground Abandoned and weak, left ceaselessly bound Swathed in shadow as moon scales sky Blind hope, false vision brings my craving nigh
Fixated fully on my futile endeavor Bound limbs stretched, now nearly severed Struggle continues while the sun ascends Unrelenting, unaltered I fight to my end.
