A fake smile on a pretty face
is all that i see today
she's trying to hide the pain
hoping it will all be a dream
she wants to leave this world
she wonders why she can't be a normal girl
she wishe's her life was like a fairy tale
but knows that her pain is real
living life to expect anything
she wonders how death will be
her life has been so tough on her
she wonders if death would be easier
one day death comes
the day she's ready to go
when she leaves
all you can see
ia she had put a smile on.
