Tonight.
I open my eyes.
To see.
To truly gaze.
Upon the world.
Around me.
To look beyond.
The seen.
Into the world.
That passes most by.
Into the unseen.
Where the lit.
Lies defeated.
Darkened.
Where the shadowed.
Stands triumphant.
Bright.
