a solo tear roles down my cheek
it touches soft and silken skin
it reminds me of a solo petal
alone in the rain
my cheek turns cold as the air hits it
the petal turns to ice as the snow storm sets in
my cheeks goes warmer as you wipe away my tear
the petal gets warmer as the sun shines down
i cry still as you wipe away tears of love
the petal gets rain upon
life goes on day by day
the petal dies and dissolves into nothing
and i feel sorry for the lonely petal
for who wiped away its lonely tears
as my life goes my tears fall
and are wiped away one last time

| great write sounds a bit like the one close to me but i wont let him close enough to wipe away my tears |
