He stole my heart when i wanted it so bad.
Giving me a new life,
one i always hated,
yet i lied about it hoping it would pass.
Leaving me to myself.
Babe you turned me against
what i believed,
you held my heart in your hand,
leaving me to pray it wouldnt be crushed.
You dont remember,but i do.
Yet like rain over fire,
you ruined an innocent girl
and drowned her in you own hate.
What did you expect to find
in my shaky hands?
I bleed so deep,
cutting myself to only find a stronger will.
You were so contagious,
i cried to become a part of you.
But babe,i fell down in your heart,
left to remember dreams
i never tried to bring back.
You were so contagious,
i forgot to try to live.
I bled to find you again,
now i only wish for it all
to be a lost memory.
Leave me to myself.
You were so contagious.

I had a relationship like that once. It was very destructive to me. I relate to this very well. Great write.

this was so sad. i was drawn very deeply into this write. it was very powerful and just packed with sad emotion. greatly done. great talent.
