Can't Walk Away From Me.

With your shoes
2 sets of footprints I can See
One pair where you walk away
the other
comes right back to me

You had your chance
i never held you back
You grabbed all of your stuff
Forgetting the one thing that you had

And every time you went to the door
You threw away the key
Only to find you made duplicates
For every time you leave.

There were never any set plans
To where you were gonna go
Only walks down Memory Lane
That always brought you home.

As much as you say you don't need me
I know that, thats a lie
Cuz there are no other explanations for your absences
Then the fact that I keep you alive.
