i cry as i cut myself again
but you just smile and lift me high
i tell you i want to end it all
but you just sigh and say i cannot die
you act as though im perfect
yet im not,why cant you see that?
you tell me to calm down
i dont want to go but its a fact
that im in pain,and theres so much shame
hovering over my head,that i have bent low,and im afraid
i dont know why you worry
that i might go tonight
you know i dont have the guts to do it
and i dont want to die
but all this pain is overwelming
i only use the knife for releif
i wouldnt leave you like that
because i believe
that you do care
now i can see it in the way you look at me
and i am aware now that im not alone
and i only hurt myself to a degree
you know im nothing more then flesh and bones
yet you treat me like im something special
why?
im nothing special when all i want is one thing
to die
but i cant because you wont let me.
im not complaining..i thank you
perhaps you do care now,perhaps i was just blind
and i didnt see i had someone behind me all this time.
i geuss i just didnt realize how lucky i was
and im sorry
ive just never been treated with this much love
so please stop worrying,
im not going to die..
its only small cuts
and im sorry if i made you cry
i dont want you to go through pain because of me
you being happy is what i need
and im sorry if ive made you anything but happy
but i love you
and i realize you care about me too.

| wow, very emotional poetry. to have someone like that is an angel. i could relate to this..at a time long ago, but if you get help, things willg et better. but anyways about your poetry, i really like the way you write...it has so much emotion, its awesome. thanks for sharing! |

Very deep emotional write. Theer is never a dead end road that must lead to death that way. Always know that someone out there cares and does not see the shame that is held over you. Not everyone judges people the same way.

Awwww,.. Katie. I luv ya, and i care about you. I dont want you to have an accident, cause that happends alot. I love my friends and care about them. I would do anythign for them, I would die for them.. Im just begging you. Please try to stop. I luv ya , and i worry about you cause i dont want anythign to happen to you, i dont want you to hurt.
