When Nothing Else Will Do
Here is something you may know,
so something I cant fake,
its only you or time
that will remove the ache.
Your way is much more gentle
and so sweetly given too,
yet if its time then time shall be
when nothing else will do.
What is this ache I speak about?
Why, its an ache for you that drives me wild
and sets me trembling in the night,
when doonah, pillows in my room
conceal this lovers plight.
Theres not one other who can do
that which I feel when Im in you;
to me it feels like heaven sent,
and every word Ive said in here,
in every sense you know Ive meant.

Again, I like your rhyme scheme - its refreshing and the message is clearly expressed. I know the 'ache' you talk of, and I hope the person concerned read this poem to find out.
