When the rain comes down
it's you
i know that you are feeling blue
i know you might
have just gotten in a fight
i know something
bad might have
just happened
i want you to know
when it rains
those are your tear drops
and i'll be there
to catch them before they hit the ground
so please
let me hear your laugh
and not see your tears
i want the rain to stop falling
i want to dry up those tears
and see you smile
from ear-to-ear
when it rains
those are your tear drops
and i'll be there to catch them
where ever they fall
