I feel like I am at a piano recital Soft, pretty music But I need a subtitle Im lost
I stand here teary-eyed Frozen in time Dont know what to do, petrified Im lost
Im not my usual extrovert Feeling nothing inside Which makes me feel like dirt Im lost
Am I nave? Everyone bawls, Why cant I grieve? Im lost
My brain decided to disconnect Stuck in one place Totally wrecked Im lost
Memory is like an heirloom Treasured but misplaced As I stand at this tomb Im lost
I feel like Im in a war zone Bombarded and confused Staring in disbelief at the name on the tombstone Im lost Without you

Good write.
'I feel like I am at a piano recital
Soft, pretty music
But I need a subtitle
I’m lost…'
I really liked those lines.
You've expressed the shock and pain of losing a loved one very well. It's simply written, yet deep and emotional. Nice.
