I knew you were true
I was head over heels
I knew the guy was you
You were on my mind

But that was then..
And this is now
You changed your outlook on me
And I changed my outlook on you
It was great love
But wasnt meant to be
Cause you showed me the me I should be

Oh.. special is how you made me feel
The compliments you said seemed so real
You cared and wanted to know what was wrong
Youd treat me like I was the only one
All day long
And I knew Id never stop lovin you

But that was then..
And this is now
You changed your outlook on me
And I changed my outlook on you
It was perfect love
But now I see
It wasnt meant to be
Cause now its just I and theres no we

So fall.. I hope you fall deep
And realize the pain I went through
When you told me who I should be
You definetely werent the one, I knew
You wanna know what went wrong
Just think, one word "thong"
To be accepted by you
Im out, Im over you

But ill always remember how you made me feel
You helped me, I thank you for that
Hard to beleive its been two years
Through all that you wiped the fears
But..
